- Export Department * Responsible for export shipments documentation from pre shipment stage to buyer payment receivable stage* Preparing of Export documents such as pre shipment & final shipment documents according to custom & buyer requirements * Coordinate with factories, merchandizers, accounts dept, shipping lines,freight forwarders, buyers, buying offices, & banks with regard to shipping documentation and operation.* Preparing the post-shipment docs (C. Invoice, P/L, C/O, GSP, MCD, CCI, Bill of Exchange, etc) as per the shipping instructions given by the buyer - Import Department* Responsible for all import process (operation/ documentation) from Booking stage to goods in-housed stage *Negotiating rates/options with Freight Forwarders/Shipping Liners/Transporters and Courier companies * Coordinating with Shipping Liners, Merchandisers both factory and buying Office. * Preparing & Responsible for all Import documents including the Cusdec, Sea & Air * Handling & preparing of bank documents such as LC, DP, DA
