- Dialog Axiata PLC is Sri Lanka’s largest telecommunications service provider, which operates Dialog Mobile, Dialog Broadband and Dialog TV. Dialog is a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (formerly TM International.).
- Worked as an Engineer at the Dialog’s Network Operation Centre (NOC), responsible for maintaining MPLS based IP Core and Wireless based Access Network.
- Leading a team of technical staff at the Dialogs’ Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to rectify issues of corporate customer in their Data/Voice/Wi-Fi solutions within SLAs
- Monitor network nodes such as P/PE Routers, Core Network Switches, Customer's Data Circuits, Wireless Base-stations, WiFi Hotspots etc.
