• Develop Maintenance Build plan and gap analysis for critical spares of water treatment plant.

• Act as a Project Engineer- Rotating Equipment for Debottlenecking and Readiness plan project to improve the annual production capacity of three LNG process train from 10.3 million MT/year to 11.4 million MT/year.• Lead the FEED studies which includes the revamping of air-filter house, up gradation of helper motors and gas turbines outages optimization to improve the annual production capacity of 1 million SCF of gas.• Develop scope of work, quality check-lists to improve the GE Frame-6 & GE Frame-7 gas turbine and reduce major outage inspection duration from 21 days to 15 days. • Review the technical documents which includes P&ID, equipment datasheet, technical specification and technical queries as per project scope.• Lead and execute the plan maintenance of gas turbines such combustion inspection, hot gas path inspection and major inspection of GE frame-6 and GE Frame -7 gas turbines.• Ensure the reliability and integrity of equipment by application of reliability centered techniques and establish control within an ISO certified quality assurance system.• Approve area long and short-term maintenance plans, schedule and cost estimates in co-operation with area planners.• Lead the troubleshooting of frequent failures and implement the corrective actions to improve the reliability of rotating equipment’s.• Create work order, assigned the task to technicians, arranged resources and complete the job at assigned duration.• Lead and coach the local Omani technician to improve the competency skills and deliver the task in quality manner.• Conduct root cause and failure analysis for repetitive failures and implement the corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
