• Daily alarm ( RSSI, VSWR etc) , extracting from OSS for all GSM sites and alarm clearance while visiting sites.• Responsible for UTRAN network related to backhaul, Macro, Small Cell and Indoor Sites.• Site acceptance and testing from internal/external (vendor) service provider (new or upgrade/downgrade).• Preventive Maintaince of Sites on Quarterly Basis.• Focused Drive of Field for Transmission and MW hardware PM.• Extracting RF KPI( Call drop, RX Quality, Assignment, Congestion) report and work around on field actions.• Drive in field for High Congested Sites, High Latency, Packet Loss.• Maintaining 100% Network Availability for Active Devices and follow with Passive partner. • Validate RAN protocols for Customer Complaints or Site Alarm/Fault, call flow and system performance (i.e./U-plane, S-Plane, M-plane, etc.)• Preventive Maintenance (PM) routine of Access and Transport nodes on the field including battery, call test, Nodes, microwave measurements, safety audit, LOS verification and site housekeeping (grass/snow).• Testing of NSA-SA/LTE-A new feature, fix, and regression testing for all major RAN vendors.• Installation/replacement of Switch/Hub, CPRI/eCPRI conversion and time Synchronization.• Performance monitoring tests on network links and circuits to ensure quality of services and improve network availability for customer delight.• Liaising with other telecom operators/Utility vendors/OSP vendors/Site owners for resolution of issues• Analysis of reports from NOC and internal review for improvement in KPI’s• Transport site acceptance and testing from internal/external service provider (new or upgrade/downgrade) including RFC testing.• Responsible for site safety, performing site safety audits and maintenance.• Troubleshoot and restore field Access and Transport service issues including minor/major/critical/service degradation.• Replacing field Access and Transport faulty parts and engaging rigging crew when required.
