-Quantities take off as per the relevant standards.-Invitation to Tender for Sub Contract works, preparation of necessary RFQ, Sub Contract Agreements and Sub Contract documents for appointment of Sub Contractors.-Assisting to prepare the estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.-Submission of interim, final valuations and variation claims for client approvals preparing cost comparison statement for sub-contractor works.-Evaluation of interim and final account payments of Sub Contract works.-Evaluation and finalization of variation for Sub Contract works.-Allocating work to subcontractors;-Providing advice on contractual claims;-Processing applications for interim payments to client;-Analyzing, forecasting trends, identifying current and potential areas of concern, and proposing corrective actions through various phases of each project.-Review of insurances and bonds.-Recommendation of Provisional Sum expenditure and Prime Cost items.-Preparation of earned value calculations and detailed projected project outturn costs on a monthly basis.-Assisting sub-contractor submittals (Technical, Document, Samples, Method statement etc.).-Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates-Assisting the Procurement of materials and equipments for the site mobilisation.-Maintaining statement of account individual subcontractor.-Attend meetings and liaising with stakeholders on commercial matters.

-Reviewing Monthly Payments, Claims and Variations as per FIDIC norms and certify sub-contracts by same FIDIC norms.-Reconciliation and comparison of the tender quantities. -Maintaining a Log for the materials arriving at the site. -Review and approval of Daily construction reports. -Review and approval of Material submittals.-Analyzing, forecasting trends, identifying current and potential areas of concern, and proposing corrective actions through various phases of each project.-Negotiating and finalizing with contractors, and assisting Project Managers to take proactive action to avoid loss and material wastage. -Provide Cost and Impact analysis for major cost items to help the Project Managers in key decision-making scenarios.

-Detailed study of the drawings and preparation of actual Bill of Quantities for tender submission as per POMI.-Detailed quantity take off for Tender preparation.-Commercial & technical review of tender documents.-Preparing GFA (Gross floor area ) and Structural Quantity analysis. -Assemble final Quantities and analyze completed quantities including benchmarking against similar completed Projects
