I am currently a Senior Project Engineer at Salt Lake IEM Ltd., a role I have held since October 2018. My primary responsibilities include managing various aspects of solar power projects, such as overseeing installations, maintenance, and preparing materials and project reports. I specialize in solar lighting systems and am proficient in generating estimations for both on-grid and off-grid projects, complemented by the creation of manpower deployment and implementation checklists. I also hold a TOT Certificate in Solar PV Installation and regularly conduct training sessions in this field.Throughout my career, I have amassed extensive experience in the solar industry, highlighted by my past roles:I served as a Master Trainer and Operating Engineer for major solar PV installations across India, with capacities ranging from 5 kW to 500 kW.I led projects in various capacities, notably as the Project In-charge at multiple locations in Meghalaya and Tripura, and as a Senior Engineer and Designer for on-grid installations in Jaipur and at IEM Group.I have significantly contributed to training initiatives, particularly for the Suryamitra project in collaboration with various government bodies across India.My journey in the solar industry was bolstered by internships at prestigious organizations like Hyundai and Eastern Coalfield Limited, where I developed foundational skills in system installation and maintenance.Through my dedicated work and continuous learning, I strive to contribute effectively to the renewable energy sector, leveraging my expertise to foster sustainable development.
