Analyses Nokia supply status and its impacts to customers business. Based on the analysis indicates supply against customers purchase plans and proposes changes to balance availability. Proactively acts on supply problems by providing back-up plans and influencing allocations Facilitates weekly customer call  Creates collaboration call notes and owns the communication Ensures that the customer delivery quality concerns are addressed  Facilitates regular (monthly/quarterly) process performance monitoring with customer scorecards and continuous process improvement activities Actively participates to the Area account team sales management reviews and decision making by providing fact based analysis of supply chain management, availability status & demand planning performance.  Shares visibility on availability against plan, Supply opportunities and risks and Inventory exposure with LO and Area management team to enable prompt decision making To create replenishment plan and supply balancing across location and channel. Order fulfillment: to handle the complete process from point of sales inquiry to the delivery. Highlight supply shortage, part shortage and work to improve the supply accordingly.  Inventory Management: To review current inventory levels and advice back on slow movers and out-of-stocks.  To presents the EXOB inventory concerns to the head office stakeholders seeking support and action plan. To monitors the inventory ageing report and highlight issues to sales and logistics team Collaborative Planning: to analyze the week wise sales forecast and inventory level for each SKU and to work with Collaborative planner for final the weekly procurement plans.
