I have done MS in Energy Engineering (Electrical Engineering) at Aalborg University, Denmark (batch 2019-2021) with a focus on modelling solar & wind farms, grid modelling and control of both grid-connected and islanded Microgrids including the design of voltage source inverters. I have a huge interest in Energy transition, Power-to-X systems, Energy Management systems, Microgrids, and data analysis. I have an educational background in Mechanical, Electrical as well as in Electronics Engineering.I have done project planning, project management, process improvements, technology management and stakeholder management for more than 8 years in different organizations, particularly Coal India Limited (CIL), the largest coal mining and energy company in the world. These responsibilities have added agility, flexibility and made me a team player with strong communication skills and result oriented person. I have also managed and nurtured relationships with suppliers and international stakeholders like Siemens, Caterpillar, Komatsu, P&H, Taiyuan Heavy Industry etc. I have experience working in a multi-cultural environment with Danish, Polish, Croatian, Indian, Norwegian, British, Chinese, etc. I have undertaken both technical and economic feasibility and prepared competitive proposals for tender. For the same, I have looked at both the technical and financial parameters of a complex contract and successfully done complicated negotiations with various regional and national vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Original Parts Manufacturers (OPMs) through bilateral meetings, virtual meetings, etc.Due to coal extraction in CIL, I have seen the massive destruction of forests, and wildlife coupled with the harmful effects of air & water pollution, so I realized clean energy is the best way for powering the world and am strongly motivated to decarbonize global power systems and transmission network towards a more sustainable world. I also have troubleshooting skills in SINAMICS S120 (Siemens AC drive) and S7-400 (Siemens PLC) and GE DC drive. Also, co-founded a car rental start-up in 2017 - Amistocabs (though an unsuccessful venture), to connect Singrauli and Sonbhadra coal belt region to Varanasi, making car hiring affordable and safe for consumers, and profitable for vehicle owners.
