Director of a 100-bed specialty hospital.Was selected to revive, operationalize and upgrade a hospital which was dormant for several yearsDeveloped and implemented an innovative methodology (iTMT) for this brownfield project which was highly successful and was appreciated by the DGMS(Air) and all echelons. Designed and successfully implemented a training programme in management of Medical Emergencies and Mass Casualty Events using simulated environments and field training techniques.

Planning, design and execution of 1000-bed super-speciality tertiary care hospital. This included planning and justifying staff and medical equipment.Also successfully oversaw construction, regulatory clearances and commissioning of a Radiotherapy Centre.
