I have spent considerable time traveling to academic/research institutions across APAC, LATAM, Middle-East, and Europe to understand customer needs, build relationships and oversee researcher support services partnerships. I also work closely with the leading STM publishers to help them grow their presence especially in key regions such as Japan, China, and Korea.
