This entails planning operations, managing the in- and out-of-cycle of products, managing the supply chain and logistics, monitoring the inventory, negotiating with customers, managing vendors, and governing costs.

• Planning and Procurement of all sorts of computer Stationery including IT-related requirements.• Training, evaluating, and providing constructive feedback to team members.• Analyzing and implementing supply chain management strategies.• Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team to offer excellent customer support.• Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting solutions. • Monitoring logistics and shipping processes and maintaining proper supply chain inventory records.• Communicating negotiation terms with suppliers and vendors and Building and maintaining long-lasting vendor relationships. • Implementing cost-effective solutions to streamline supply chain processes.• Adhering supply chain processes to legal procedures and guidelines.• Reviewing supply chain practices and suggesting risks minimizing methods. • Keep on eyeing for production schedule to operations to ensure timely deliveries.• To achieve monthly revenue target ensuring the smooth running of operational activities.• Participated in planning and evaluation meetings to identify problems and propose business solutions.• Handled the planning of production tasks and timeline setting to ensure on-time delivery.• Managed the planning and logistics processes for the region.

• Planning of raw material, and packing material including maintenance of minimum stock/inventory level.• Releasing production schedule to operations to ensure timely deliveries.• As per forecasted demand, assessing the supply situation with the procurement and operation team, identifying constraints in supply for critical components, and finding a workaround for these problems.• Ensuring timely deliveries to customers in accordance with available demand.• Releasing the various MIS reports on-site level such as forecast accuracy, demand vs Actual, material availability, and so on.• To achieve monthly revenue target ensuring the smooth running of operational activities.• Monthly billing report to the customer to provide the overall outlook of the current situation.

• Managing the procurement of raw material, packing material including maintenance of minimum stock / inventory level.• Releasing supply schedules regularly to vendors to ensure on time deliveries.• Buffer dimensioning for all raw materials so as to ensure no production stoppage even in case of slight market fluctuations• Identifying and developing local vendors / suppliers for achieving cost effective purchases of materials.• Coordinating with supplier for any quality issues and carry forward with the claim procedures. • Organizing and managing incoming material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of material.• As per forecasted demand, assessing the supply situation with suppliers and local team, identifying constraints in supply for critical components and finding workaround for these problems.• Coordinating with various sites for X-selling of Excess/ Obsolete materials. • Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management• Conducting regular feedback surveys with internal and external stakeholders

• Releasing the monthly Local or Global forecast to the execution team & define the capacity plan according to the same.• Tracking and analyzing Demand Vs Capacity trends with various capacity models analyzing regional demand, supply, and Inventory data, and providing representative action plans to the strategic planning team and operations.• Responsible for Supply review meetings with of Global Planning team.• Managing inventory throughout product life-cycle based on demand profiles and inventory • Responsible for logistics, production, and procurement analysis to optimize the supply chain. • Preparing all financial reports related to supply chain management such as ITO & BOM cost.

• Analyzing consumption and ensuring implementation of new guidelines for improvement of cost cutting.• Take care of vendor’s service and their payment schedules.• Training and managing Knowledge portal for process updates.• Take care of the Branch & spoke administration.• Maintain all kinds of MIS reports.• Responsible for monthly closing and enhancing the performance for logins.
