We do so by offering a range of spice blends from a variety of countries/regions that empower home cooks to explore new flavours from their very own kitchens with ease and convenience.

Zoey's All Natural is a home-grown and honest packaged foods brand, bringing together rich, nutrient-dense, everyday ingredients to make your meals truly healthy, wholesome and delicious. Starting with a variety of healthy granolas, we're working on new products to launch in due course. Currently in beta testing, our products will be available to purchase through our website, e-commerce and retail shortly. Wish us luck and eat healthy.

Zobox was an attempt at launching an experiential subscription service aimed at parents of children from birth to three years, with boxes home delivered each month.The contents of each box would include books, toys, learning materials, customised goodies, skill development activities, DIY and a host of other products, each based on the age and the development stage of the child.In order to develop the curriculum, I commissioned a team of two early learning specialists, with specialty degrees from Harvard, with over 30 years of early learning experience between them. The business was operationally and logistically very intense and my biggest challenges were the supply chain, logistics and inventory management. While the business has tremendous merit, there were far too many gaping holes that I was unable to fill.Happy to discuss and share my learnings with fellow founders who wish to explore this domain.

Drove the business development and growth vertical at Ketto, one of India’s largest crowdfunding platforms for social and personal causes. Built and managed a 15 member team and multiplied turnover by 10x within 20 months. Took proactive initiatives for recruitment, training, employee engagement and various other team building activities. Singlehandedly designed the entire training material for all new BD joinees and introduced the ‘buddy’ program to empower account managers to train and nurture new talent. Also worked very closely with all other verticals including tech, marketing, finance and HR to constantly evolve and improve the product and processes to create an optimized experience for clients.

In my first entrepreneurial venture, I started Whitestone Properties as a consortium-driven real estate consulting firm akin to a multiple listing service, without the extensive use of technology. The objective was to provide a transparent platform to the broker community, to allow them to share leads and explore opportunities to collaborate, thereby improving efficiency and performance. With the chaos and lack of professionalism persistent in the real estate market in India, a service like Whitestone was built to fill the gaps but perhaps the scale of the problem was far larger than what was pre-empted.
