 Efficiently managed VocaLink account the largest account in BFSI with a team of over 350+ members  Generated growth in revenue from USD 14 Millions to USD 20 Millions Lead-managed one of the most complex and critical programs in Europe for client VocaLink to develop payment engine product for clearing house converting it from legacy system to the state of the art technology handling 100 million transaction in 4 hours window with zero tolerance for failure. Unique combination of reverse engineering and green field projects and product development program Efforts worth 3500 person months delivered with stringent time lines and zero tolerance for failure. Initiated a major drive, “Chip and Pin”, in cards payment system for Bank of Ireland with teams at India, U.K and Ireland. This project brings a major change in the operations and work-flow of cards system and was implemented by major card players by 2005-2006 in Europe.

 Headed an Independent Business Unit and lead-managed clients like CITI Bank, Standard and Chartered Bank, Bank of America, Shinsei Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank across Asia Pacific and India. Conceptualized and created CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Banking application product having multi lingual and multi currency features with centralized interest application system end to end from scratch for Core and Retail Banking Systems and its integration with other banking systems like Fee Billing and Charges system, loan origination systems and trade finance system. Conceptualized Regional Collection Module System (RCMS) for Cash Management System of Standard and Chartered Bank in Asia Pacific Lead managed the rollout of product in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and India Conceptualized and managed development of Cash@Will product with Payments, Collection and Liquidity Management features integrated with the Trade Finance, Loan Originations & Core Banking Products. Lead managed team of managers, architects, business analysts and vendors for the rollout of the product in the first branch in CITI Bank Singapore

 Brought the technology of Automated Clearing House and Electronic Funds Transfer from Deluxe Electronic Payments Systems, USA to India for HCL. Designed and customized the application for Indian banking industry scenario reducing the license requirement of the product from 1000 to 10.

 Designed and managed Core and Retail banking product for Core Banking applications for Deutsche Bank, Asia Pacific Region. Provided consultancy to Deutsche Bank

  Played a key role in the first phase of Core Banking automation during computer revolution in Indian Banking Scenario. Designed and developed Branch/Bank automation packages/products (IBBS) for in house software development center of Canara Bank in Bangalore. It comprises of Core Banking applications, Loan origination, Trade Finance, Bills and collection modules, to name a few.
