I’m an MSc student in Water, Waste, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Greenwich with a passion for sustainable engineering. My background is in Civil Engineering, having earned a BEng from NUST, Pakistan, and I’m committed to developing practical solutions that benefit both people and the environment.I’ve worked on a range of projects, from managing the renovation of a government college to expanding sports facilities and constructing roads. These experiences have given me hands-on skills in site management, team leadership, and ensuring projects meet regulatory standards. I enjoy the challenge of making sure projects stay on track, are completed on time, and meet all required specifications.During my master’s program, I’ve been focusing on advanced water and wastewater treatment processes, sustainable urban drainage systems, and flood risk management. I’m particularly proud of my work on a dissertation project, where I’m developing eco-friendly construction materials using waste, which supports the UK’s green building initiatives. This project is helping me understand how to incorporate low-carbon, circular economy approaches into real-world engineering solutions.I’m also skilled in using tools like HEC-RAS for hydraulic and flood risk modeling, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6 for project planning, and GIS-based analysis for sustainable energy projects. These technical skills, combined with my practical experience, enable me to approach engineering challenges from both a technical and environmental perspective.In addition to my engineering experience, I’ve also been an online math tutor, helping students from around the world—from children to adults—understand complex math concepts using interactive and engaging methods.I’m always looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to new projects, especially those focused on sustainability and environmental impact.
