Raj Kasturi is an IT professional with 30 years of experience in global application development and leadership, is a Certified Scrum Trainer, CST from (Scrum Alliance) and is a Project Management Professional (Credential Retired as of 2020). Raj also holds an MBA in Information Technology and an MBA in Marketing Management. Raj is an experienced Scrum Trainer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach helping organizations transition to Scrum. Raj has a proven track record in Agile Methodologies, Project Management, global and cross-functional teams management in matrixed environments, balancing commercial and technical constraints, delivering sustainable results through effective analysis, planning, risk management, problem solving, and performance management. Raj has a strong ability to integrate diverse ideas and concepts, strong analysis and problem solving skills, an organized and disciplined approach towards the achievement of goals, and a strong commitment to lifelong learning. He worked with senior level management and staff across organizational boundaries. Raj is currently working in a consulting role as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Scrum/Agile Trainer. He has played an instrumental role in one of the largest Agile/Scrum implementations at Comcast and several other organizations. Raj has conducted several class-room training sessions for multiple organizations within Comcast.Raj is also an adjunct faculty at Penn State Great Valley teaching in a class-room setting for the past 20 years for various Continuing Education Programs. He has taught several courses in Scrum, Lean and other Technology, Project Management courses. Raj also works on Corporate Training Programs through Penn State's Corporate Training Development Program.
