Also he was associated with Vatel India and was instrumental in setting the process and standard practices in place. He is having rich and varied experience in Hospitality Operations, Academics, Conducting Training Programs and organizing Seminar/ Conferences of National and International level. He is focussed towards enhancing organizational effectiveness, productivity and building committed teams.He is Founder Editor of “Indian Journal of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Research” an UGC care listed Journal and President for Annual India International Conference on Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism Research Conference.In recognition to his contribution to the academics many awards were conferred to Him.Quality endeavors initiated by Him in the past have shown remarkable outcome by the Institution under Him including accreditation (A+ Grade) by NAAC in 3rd cycle, & taking College under him to the Top Ten Best Hotel Management Colleges of the Country successively for the past many year by the Outlook MDRA Survey, India today and The Week.
