Project Manager
CurrentOversee engineering design efforts for Engineering-only and EPC projects.To facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring.Ensure timely procurement of major bought out items through effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement Schedule for the project on periodic basis.Preparation of MIS reports, DPR, WPR and material reconciliation.Effective Contract Management.Preparing Budget, Cash Flow and Material/Manpower Projections for overall project.Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)Preparing of Logistic Plan in accordance with Clients Requirement.Manage overall project engineering including workshare, quality program, independent reviews, model reviews, and engineering support for construction planning.Provide direction and support for field engineering services, schedule, budget, and progress measurement with project controlsInterpret and establish organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.Interface with clients to identify requirements, manage changes, and develop solutions.Ensure compliance with local specifications, regulations, and safety standards through collaboration with technology providers, project execution, and plant operations.Participate in Go/No-Go/MOM meetings, risk assessments, and strategic decision-making processes.A comprehensive understanding of the oil, gas, and chemical industry, and the latest trends on sustainability.Prior experience preparing and coordinating the preparation of qualification submittals.Experience in proposal execution, workflow knowledge, and proposal experience for Engineering Consultants (Front End engineering, EPCM, PMC, Owners Engineering)A strong understanding of estimation methods and workflow, and interfaces in various engineering disciplines.Proven success in managing interdisciplinary teams of engineers to develop customized proposals.Ability to expedite to ensure timely receipt of proposal deliverables.
