This was an intrusive technology that impacted a large established service operation including field service organisation and a central monitoring station. Raj led the program from concept to successful trials and commercialisation including program organisation, team formation, vendor selection, tactical leadership, pre-sales development, trial customer engagement, beta trials and finally delivery.Services Strategy and EffectivenessEvaluation, design, planning and execution of a comprehensive service growth strategy for a multinational services organisation. This resulted in major programs targeted at improving pricing, customer retention, sales force attrition and overall service offering. In addition strategic reviews at country level resulted in reinforcing the CRM capability and Supply Chain function to deliver top line growth. New Concept CommercialisationENRIA was awarded a grant by the Technology Strategy Board for conducting a feasibility study to develop a novel method for money or value transfer using mobile devices and payment standards compliant methods. This included considerations for Payment Card Industry compliance evaluation, Anti-Money Laundering considerations, Anti-Fraud features and detailed design of the server architecture.
