Role and Responsibilities :- • Hands on Experience on Catia, NX, PTC Creo & Team center PLM.• Prepare DMU Report, Packaging & Assembly Sequence reports, Torque chart, ADL, VDS & VIN system.• Knowledge of EN / PR release, EBOM, Installation drawing release through PLM.• Prepare the vehicle & components drawing for Homologation.• Maintaining the project data in well-organized structure.• Prepare packaging data forsuppliers.• Good understanding of Vehicle Management System (VMS).• Creating conceptual designs as per Mahindra standard requirement.• Outstanding capability to read and interpret CAD data.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including design, electrical and mechanical engineering• Work with DGM, Manager and Senior Design Engineers to understand, develop and improve design and performance of product.• Communication with suppliers to resolve design issues.• Knowledge of MPDS, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS.• Projects: - Treo 2.0, E-Alfa Mini, Alfa DX CNG, Alfa Cargo CNG.

Role and Responsibilities• Study and understand SOR provided by customer.• Creating conceptual designs as per customer requirement.• Work with Design Manager and Senior Design Engineers to understand, develop and improve designand performance of product and create drawings using GD&T.• Creating data for CFD and CAE analysis and discuss with team to improve if needed.• Communication with customers and suppliers to resolve design issues.• Stack Up Calculation.• Responsible for IMDS checking and submission.• Projects:- Water pump, Air Intake Manifold, Thermostat, Air Intake System, Air Filters, Oil Filters, Oil Strainer, Canister, Battery Module-cover etc.• Customers:- BMW, Renault, Mercedes Benz, Ford, TATA, M&M, MSIL, TVS, BAL, Hero etc.Skills:- CATIA, PTC Creo, NX, GD&T, BOM, DFA, DFM
