Currently working for one of the leading shopping mall in Abudhabi, UAE with overall 400 retails including 100 F&B units under one umbrella Roles & Responsibilities:-Permitting Tenant to do the procedures and tracking construction and providing the final sign off completion certificate against documentation submitted and previously approved from management to tenants which will allow them to open for trade -Key Responsibilities to deliver the tenant unit opening with the mall opening date-Assess and monitor Contractors/Designers of Tenant to work with our design teams to create solutions for final design approval from the Landlord -Conduct kickoff meetings with Tenant/Tenant contractor for start on site activities -Liaise with the approved contractor and consultant related to all statutory authorities approvals, TVR, LVR & logistics deliveries -Instruct health safety measures including MS&RA to fit out contractors to ensure a safety execution-Represent landlord interests between the Tenant & Tenant contractors to inspect the officials during all phases of design and construction to ensure the DCZ criteria are implemented as intended -Responsible for ensuring the required insurances are obtained in place by Tenant contractors before fit out work-Mitigate the missing trade date risks by identifying potential Tenancy Variation Requests and collaborate with consultants to identify scope for all tenant variation works -Responsible for monitoring the design submission and review process and collaborate with design manager when required to ensure design finalization delays will not have an impact on the trade date-Track and implement scheduling for Tenant for the submissions to the local governing agencies such as ADDC, ADM, ADCD & ADNOC for ensuring awareness of all aspects related to design-Responsible for monitoring Key Fit out Target dates, submission of Close out and opening the unit to trade

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING:1.Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.2.Prepares a budget plan marking the key profit prior starting the execution.3.Follow up the budget plan in each move of the project4.Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors, consultants and other parties.5.Provides estimation of project if needed6.Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.7.Provide customers with additional quotations, Follow-ups. Negotiating & finalizing variation orders with clients.8.Maintains all kind of logistic works which requires for the project relevant to the materialsSITE COORDINATION ACTIVITIES:1.Executing jobs in accordance with the project specification and client requirements.2.Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.3.Executing jobs in accordance with the requirements of the client by giving guidelines to the technicians.4.Responsible for customer communication & complaints till the project hand over.

Attend client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements1.Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules2.Prepare project organization and communication charts 3.Arrange site meetings and distribute MOM to all project team members 4.Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines5.Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures 6.Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team7.Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner8.Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project9.Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc. 10.Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log11.Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval 12.Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained 13.Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others14.Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
