Bench Sales Manager
Current•Having total 2 Years experience in Manager in US IT Staffing, IT Recruiter, H1B/Bench sales, H1b/Bench Marketing, Team Lead, OPT, CPT, EAD Hiring USC/GC & Marketing, H1b Transfers & Fresh H1b process Responsibilities:• Interacting with clients, Implementing Partners, Prime Vendors on daily basis for new contract job orders, gathering detailed information and understanding the client’s requirements and convey the same to the recruiting teams and ensure quality submitter's, covering all priority and close-able requirements on daily basis.• Following up with clients for feedback on every submitter and ensure each and every submitter goes to the end client.• Introduced new recruiting techniques, policies and procedures to ensure consistent growth in Sales and Recruiting.• Ensure to achieve team and individual targets before the dead lines. • Analyzing and understanding the market trends in order to create a cutting edge. • Working closely with the CEO, co-officers and managers in the company to determine job requirements and appropriate recruiting strategies. • Maintaining the records of candidates and client requirements.• Full life cycle recruiting including Sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparingcandidates, salary negotiations, closing.• Responsibilities include sourcing candidates from Job Boards (Boolean search strings), coldcalling and referrals. Also, finding passive candidates off the boards through LinkedIn.• Interacting with Consultants over phone to brief about the project, Location, duration, benefits,salary package, organization, etc. and selling the job at hand.• Sourcing high-end software professionals matching all skills sets required by client requirements.• Manage vendor relationships with external recruiting agencies for H1B candidates on C2Crequirements.• Extensive use of internet recruiting tools of various job boards and sites like Monster,Dice, Corp-Corp, Career builder, Google, and Google Groups etc.
