Job Role:Development of Transmission for new projects, Optimizing Cost and Performance as per Project Plan (Concept Layout to production). Key Responsible Areas:Develop Concepts of transmission elements and to prepare detail design of Selected Concept to meet Design brief. Prepare & Release Detailed Drawings and Documents for the Finalized design for procurement.Continuous up gradation of Design and Control of Design Changes, to meet Manufacturing, Assembly and Service needs. Build Prototypes to verify design thro stages of Assembly, Testing, and Servicing and initiate corrective actions.Demonstrate Assembly / Service Procedures and Provide necessary documentation. Participate in DFMEA, develop and validate modified design to meet design intent.Nature of Job:• Creating Transmission Layout.• Shifting Mechanism & End Reduction System designed for new Transaxle – Concept Layouts, Designing, Detailing for Development and Assembly.• Designing of solid and surface models using CAD/CAE Software like Pro/Engineer Wildfire. Creating bottom-up, top-down assemblies in Pro/Engineer, managing the assembly database. • Interference checking for Various Aggregates in Tractor.• Quality Functional Deployment (QFD) activities.• Field Testing Evaluation. • Experiences in Tractor build.• Vendor Development activity.• Analyzing of Transmission components.
