Was head of the property & asset management team of the five star residential property which included :-An Asst. Property Manager ( Technical), an help desk executive, an accounts executive,a club house executive, a security officer, his team of 3 supervisors & 60 guards, housekeeping staff comprising 45 house keepers & 3 supervisors, in-house maintenance team comprising 8 electricians,8 plumbers,16 lift operators & a lift marshal, 3 swimming pool maintenance staff & a supervisor ,a pest control staff & a fire technician.Maintenance activities included attending all in house complaints pertaining to wall seepage/leakage, electric water heaters, clearing sewage blockages, maintenance of water teatment plant & sewage treatment plant, 250 & 500 kva generators, fire detection & fire fighting equipments- fire alarm & public address system,smoke/heat detectors,fire hooters,water sprinklers, Pumps - fire hydrant,jockey,diesel engine sprinkler & booster,transformer yard, garbage disposal, organic waste converter plant, eight lifts, club house (gymnasium,virtual golf, Air hockey,squash courts,TT courts three hot water jacuzzi's) ,nine swimming pools,eight water bodies, play grounds (cricket,basketball,lawn tennis),children play area, party/conference halls, electronic door access controls fitted with in built closed circuit television cameras.Ensuring on time collection of common area maintenance charges from all residents.
