1. To work as a Team leader for steel teeming ladle and hot metal management at steel melting shop and ensure the SOP of each and every work is followed along with safety and quality 2. Manage group of 50-60 manpower and conduct training and seminar for team and technician3. Co- ordinate with customer to delivery installation of refractory material within time.4. Manage Inventory at site and consumption report.5. Experience of application and Inspection of magnesia carbon brick ,spinel brick and AMC brick and ramming mass in steel teeming ladle. Troubleshooting related refractory product performance issue.6. Experience of application and of inspection of high alumina brick ,and ASC brick in hot metal ladle.7. Prepare premature down ladle report, performance report of ladle and trial report.8. Co-ordinate with customer to provide technical support regarding product if they have any query.9. To attend meeting with customer on regular basis.10. Knowledge of application gunning mass , fettling mass and magnesia brick in Conarc furnace.11. Knowledge of application of purging system.12. Improve site safety by regularly doing safety audit, risk assermemt and conducting training on sop
