 Monitored preventive maintenance activities for various compressors, dryers, Hot water systems, pumps, valves, tanks, and cooling towers.  Experience troubleshooting and maintaining water and oil-cooled screw and centrifugal compressors, including changing A, B, and C spares based on running hours. Coordinated with approved vendors for major breakdowns, including compressor element replacements (LP & HP) and coolant replacements (inter and after).

- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for various types of heat ex-changers, including scaffolding, insulation channel head opening, tubes, and shell side hydro jetting. I also have experience replacing ex-changer tubes and plates, as well as repairing leaks and plugging up heat ex-changers. Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for columns, pressure vessels, and tanks, including disassembling trays/packing, cleaning with hydro jetting, inspection, welding repair, and replacement (during shutdown).

 Proficient in polishing machines and maintenance of mobile and EOT cranes. Experience with double glider gantry cranes, block cutter machines, polishing machines, and bridge cutting machines (both automatic and manual).
