Enforce safety and security measures;9. Set up regular meeting of staff to open communication; 10. Arrange travel and hotels for passengers on overbooked and canceled flights;11. Managing customer service operation for rendering and achieving quality services;12. Providing value added customer service by attending customer queries and issues;13. Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance Bottlenecks.
