- P&ID corrections as per process requirements. Study and validation of customer inputs - Preparation of Instrument index, Instrument datasheet and specification sheet, I/O List, summery of instrument list, Tag name list, set point list, Alarm list, etc.-Preparation of Control logic & control philosophy as per process.- Selection of filed Instruments as per Process requirement, consist of suitable MOC, Range, sizing of instrument, with considering standard installation procedure. -Preparation of enquires for control systems (PLC, ICP, MCC panels) and filed instruments.-Comparison of techno commercial offers from vendors, contractors to find out economical solution.- Technical approval for offers for field instruments, PLC, MCC, GA drawing, Wiring Drawing.-Issue the hookup drawing for design section to installation of instrument as per standard practice.-Preperation of documents for Software Logic design, development and implementation and testing as per process.-PLC,MCC installation, integration, start-up, trouble shooting,Site coordination.-vendor development-Project management, engineering coordination, field engineering, site estimation, Site supervision, Planning, Installation & Project Execution, Erection and commissioning.-Coordination with various departments in all stages of the project.-Resource planning. -Coordinate and provide inputs related to instrumentation to other departments for preparation of various drawings/ documents/Equipment designs-Preparation of inquiry documents & techno-commercial offer evaluation.
