Job Profile:● Designing & furnishing usable design for multi device products, which includes dashboards, widgets, and products● Monitoring and evolving set of design patterns and style guidelines; suggesting HTML prototypes and UX deliverables such as Information Architecture, Scenarios, Personas, Task Analysis & Flow, Wireframes, Flowcharts, Screen Mock-Ups, and so on● Providing support in walk-throughs and usability testing, as well as updating UI as per changing needs & requirements● Organizing seminars, knowledge sharing sessions and weekly discussions with team members about latest UX trends, concepts and guidelines● Liaising & collaborating with multiple functional teams including Product Management, Software Engineers, Graphic Designers, and Product Marketing ● Mentoring & monitoring a team of 15 members, and sharing new innovative ideas with them● Leading & guiding UX team leads and individual contributors in ensuring smooth handoffs through all project interactions● Acting as a bridge between Interaction Designers and Visual Designers, helping establish new documents, processes and collaboration rituals ● Identifying team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to make sure designers are working at optimum efficiency ● Providing clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities● Streamlining Web and mobile apps UX, enhancing new products works from the scratch such as working with business analysts, liaising with customers, conducting usability testing, working with designers, developers and QA, and releasing the product
