I have been with M+W Group for fifteen years to date. In the course of my career, I have acquired several years of supervisory and management experience. I began my career with this current company, handling high purity process chemical and gas systems, waste water treatment plants moving on to process mechanical systems and facility systems, managing the installation, testing and commissioning of all facility systems until final handover to the customer or end users. I also have vast experience in liaising with customers and sub- contractors during the defects liability period. As construction manager, I have managed a team of engineers and supervisors overlooking the management of sub-contractors in the installation and commissioning of M&E systems ensuring compliance to quality, safety and schedule. My duties include liaising with the engineers and qualified professional engineers, planning and scheduling inspections for the relevant government authorities in order to obtain temporary occupation permits and fire service certificates.Besides managing greenfield projects, I have also managed additional and alteration works working within the constraints of existing infrastructures, liaising directly with the customer and contractors, reporting to the project manager until final handover to the customer.
