JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :- Customer dealing. To participate in Feasibility Study being a team member of CFT for New Projects Follow-Up for Product Development activities of Fixture Tools and Gauge (FTG) from Design, Tool Room & Vendors. Initial Process review/discussion and finalizing initial development plan along with internal team & Customer. Gauge concept initiation & finalization along with customer. Implementation of Customer Requirements & providing training to Vendors for the same. Trail-outs Of Tooling, Fixtures, Gauges before submission of FTG to the concerned depts. after accomplishment of project. Preparation APQP & PPAP documents as per Customer requirements. Joint Inspection with customer & quality team. Phase wise monitoring and reviews of the project with the suppliers as well as internal team. Responsible for On-Time Development & Part Quality decided. Engineering changes handling, planning and implementation. Responsible for taking corrective action & interaction with customer regarding Quality issues for New Development. Core Competency in MIG and Spot Weld shop. Project planning and execution at group level i.e New machinery, Plant layout modification, Process improvement projects. Experience in development of Sheet Metal BIW components like (Heel panel Assembly, Quarter panel Assy, B pillar Assembly, and A pillar Assembly, Rear Panel Assy and so on. Good at Project Management works.MAJOR PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS :- Development of Body parts & Pedals for major car project like RBC (Renault-Triber), HBC(Renault-Kiger), PY1B(Nissan-Magnite) & CC21(Citreon-C3). Major role in achieving ASES audit clearance at Chennai Plant (New Plant Readines.) Development of Body parts & Pedals for major car project like CC21(Citreon- C3),CC24,P21,ECC21,etc. Development of Steel Wheels. ( Tube wheels and Tubeless wheels).
