Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of Automotive Diagnostic, Body Shop & Workspace Improvement Equipment. Generating enquiry through strong relationship with clients, OEM Corporates, market scanning. Preparing techno-commercial offers, striking a balance between customer requirements and product specifications, Negotiation, Closing orders. Replying of technical and commercial queries during negotiation stage. Executing orders and coordinating with factory in order to ensure time delivery. Presenting corporate as well as technical presentation company and products to clients. Regularly meeting clients to track upcoming developments and recent developments in industry. Brand Building & Customer relation management. To ensure and accelerate communication for updates of product and feedbacks from customers. Update to management about competitor’s activity. Daily activity report, weekly report on status of proposal and new enquiries to management. Capture the untapped area. Reviewing and interpreting the competition and market information to fine tune the marketing strategies and strengthen the brand image.

Roles & Responsibilities:  Prepare Quarterly Quotation/Pricing to give competitive edge for Honda Cars Distributors. Receive Fixed & Forecast Monthly / Yearly orders from Honda Cars South Africa, Tunisia, Mauritius and Seychelles and SAARC countries (Nepal, Bhutan, &Sri Lanka) Distributors. Prepare Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, Export Indent & Shipping plan for order received from Customers. Execute Sales order by Coordinating Internal stake holders (Production, Commercial, EXIM, Excise & Finance) and External stake holders (Transporter & Shipping Line, CHA, 3PL) at Pre & Post shipment for timely dispatches of orders as per shipment plan. Collecting all Export related documents (Pre & Post Documents), Checking all the documents as per Letter of Credit, advising errors and making sure to receive appropriate document like Commercial Invoices & Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate of LC & Non LC Documents for submitting to finance for SAARC exports payments realization & Honda motors Japan for payments of exports of cars to South Africa, Tunisia, Mauritius, Seychelles. Send post shipment documents Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading to customers for Custom Clearance of orders before reaching at destination port. Receive confirmation and Inspection reports for quality assurance delivery and control. MIS Preparation, Maintaining all sales related data and analysis for sales forecast.  Maintaining record of Honda Cars Exports related data. Efficient co-ordination with customers for their order shipments or any queries.

APM Terminals, part of USD 60 Billion AP Moller Maersk Group, operates global ports, terminals and inland services network of 24,000 employees in 64 countries including interests in 63 ports and terminals and 155 inland services operations.Roles & Responsibilities:  Planning and controlling of container yard and warehouse operation for timely stuffing of containers, custom clearance and dispatches by rail & road within vessel cut off time at ports. Allocations of Empty containers as per FIFO and Goods to be stuff basis. Complete coordination with supervisors, surveyors, crane operators for smooth operation. Complete coordination with CONCOR rail personnel for export/import Containers movement. Conducting Safety tool talk and ensure safety of both staff and equipment’s working within CFS yard. To ensure timely system updating and maintains proper records & TAT time as per established standards.  Monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders, keeping stock control systems up to date.  Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.  Analyze and implement system for transportation, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials and optimize it with the help of man powers and IT tools. To ensure that Physical Inventory / CFSMAG Inventory and Surveyors Stock Tallies.  Operators and Surveyors attendance, Equipment like Forklift, RST Cranes Status to be monitored. Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly Inventory report for top management. Determining training needs of staff & conducting suitable training programs to enhance their skills leading to increased productivity.
