 Conducting DEDS [Demande d'étude de sévérité] study for the Gearbox New Projects & Derivative Projects. Discussion with each Core Competencies & to have their opinions with validation requirements for the DEDS. Concludes the list of Unique and Carry over parts for the New Projects & Derivative Projects. Discussion with Designers to have the PLF drawings for each parts & floating it to competitive suppliers through APO. Technical meetings with suppliers to have their feasibility commitment for each dimensions & standards as per PLF drawings. Finalizing the potential suppliers based on their technical capabilities study. Ensuring the part quality through ANPQP procedure with suppliers from Contract to Industrialization. LUP Management for Project development stage issues, Customer quality issues, Serial life modifications and Cost saving subjects. Presenting EQMs to ASMd for each milestone with the part’s status and hard points if any. Serial Life changes and Cost saving subjects,  Presenting subjects in Commodiff and Platform meetings and get approval from Project ISTs, USFTs & CVEs. Presenting AQMM/EQMs to Corporate quality and get their approval for Contract and MA milestones. Co-ordinate with PSV for the Validation of Gearbox and its results from Corporate. Co-ordinate with RNAIPL PQA for PSW audit at Supplier end and to get PSW approvals for each part. Smooth handover of Projects to RNAIPL and to support them for In plant/Customer concerns if any.
