 Job Budgeting and Cost Estimate for the completion of Project Quarterly preparing of Cost to Complete (CTC)  Design of HVAC System and Co-ordination with MEP Services Plan, organize, lead and control the function of the project through the activities of subordinates and achieve a successful execution and completion of project. Provide Technical support as required to obtain approval for drawings and Material Submittals. Plan and organize the manpower required for the project in co-ordination with the Project Team Follow of Payment Submission & Control of Variations  Prepare Progress Valuation and follow-up with Client/Consultant and Contractor for prompt payments. Ensure that the project Objectives is meets the terms of Cost Control, resources utilization and meeting the target. Evaluate and notify any deviations and/or changes with respect to Scope of Works, and co-ordinate for the preparation of variations and organize to get approval from client/consultant. Effectively communicate with the contractor, client and suppliers externally and between the divisions internally. Represent all the site progress meeting and all other project related meeting with consultant, contractor and clients, and ensure that the project works are within the scope and lined up to schedule. Develop and maintain good rapport with consultant, client, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, supervisors and the site staff. Respond to all types of customer / consultant queries and calls as soon as possible. Ensure that Occupational Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, thus preventing illness and accidents. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed
