I am a 14+ years experienced passionate researcher with purpose to create innovations that touch,change and create confidence in every consumer. During this time, I have had pleasure of working anddelivering projects across various categories particularly in Sun care, Skin care and Skin cleansing.During this journey I have developed various technologies catering to sun care and skin care includesSPF, UVAPF, active incorporation, new chassis, and stabilization etc., In skin cleansing, I have developedtechnologies relevant to active deposition and also had an opportunity to work on more challengingbusiness problems where I developed technologies individually as well with team to meet businessneeds. All the technologies are successfully covered by 18+ IP fillings and documented in variousinternal and external technical reports.During this time, I had an opportunity to develop various in-vitro & clinical protocols for variouscategories which helped to establish claims for business. Highly skilled in identifying problems early,breaking down and solving complex problem to ensure product excellence. I have committed to ensureproduct safety and efficacy. Experienced in working with team of people or independently to deliver abusiness goal.After working more than a decade in Beauty and Personal care and nearly five years as Assistantresearch scientist/ Technical project leader, I have developed excellent knowledge and understandingin project scoping, proof of principles to prototyping, submitting deliverables on time, and providingtechnical support to the extended team. This journey nurtured me to be flexible on business goals andrealign as per the industry needs and created high bias for action in me.In addition, I have a solid education foundation and passion for high performance. With this I can growprojects into deliverables and solve scientific puzzles into key technical insights catering to product.With these, I would very much interest in broadening my horizons and explore new challenges tofurther strengthen myself and utilize my skills to solve new scientific problems to contribute immenselyto organization growth, success, and consumers.
