Dr. Rajkumar Bhimgonda Patil is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune. He was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE), University of Maryland, USA. He completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University (Formerly the University of Pune). His research areas include Reliability, maintainability and availability analysis, life cycle costing, physics of failure, handbook-based reliability predictions, AI-ML, and data science.
