Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customer and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax & E-mail.2. To coordinate with our branches for requirements, special requirements, proposed order & stock level in order to prepare monthly work order and follow up the material by production team. 3.Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales.Project Coordinator – Customer Orders: 1. Responsible for tracking, scheduling & coordinating of all aspects of a new customer order and responsible for planning & scheduling each customer through whole life cycle of provisioning process. I will be the single point of contact throughout the entire order.2. Select transportation routes for customer requirements to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.3. Responsible for accurate and timely completed the task or projects & Provide consistent communication of project team (Sales, production, warehouse).4. To prepare month-end report for sales & project report by branch wise data to reporting to Sales &Marketing / Project manager.
