These platforms will give the countries and GBUs new channels, increased channel orchestration and personalization and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of these business efforts.As part of Multichannel Engagement (MCE) project, Rajkumar Shanmugam is responsible for performing data discovery, designing interfaces, performing proof of concepts and proposing application architecture in AWS for new applications. As an Application architect, he is responsible for designing and developing Informatica Cloud integrations with various sources that expose REST/SOAP APIs. He is also responsible for managing Campaign Metadata Portal and few other applications in Python and Angular JS and hosting the same in AWS. Campaign Metadata Portal exposes the REST APIs and the same are consumed by Marketing and web analytics products like Adobe Campaign. Rajkumar Shanmugam is responsible for Campaign Metadata Portal integration with Marketing and web analytics products. He is also responsible for on-boarding new sources in the Common platform called Nucleus. As part of this, he is responsible for provisioning AWS S3 buckets for new internal and external sources and setting up the ControlM jobs to transfer files to S3 buckets. He is responsible for Backup and Restore procedure preparation and also for the coordination between Cloud Ops team, Backup team and application team for yearly Restore test for the Common platform in AWS S3. His responsibility in Level 2 support includes gathering application knowledge, preparing process documents, documenting the knowledge, providing L2 support, Incident management, Change management, Problem management, coordinating the work between the customer and offshore team, process harmonization and meeting SLAs. He is responsible for taking care of Ad hoc development and Migration projects. As part of Ad hoc development projects, he is responsible for project management, requirements gathering, application architecture design, technical coordination between offshore .Net development team, SAP and TIBCO teams. As a Subject Matter Expert on application support, he is involved in Migration projects during data center migrations (to new generation data centers) or Storage Migrations (VPLEX, VMAX to XTreamIO). As part of Migration projects, he is responsible for coordinating with Infrastructure teams, Migration planning, Disaster recovery planning and high availability test. As a service manager, he is responsible for providing weekly and monthly status report and metrics to Sanofi on the operational activities. He also worked in integrations like Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Lab Upload, ASP Reports and Trial Data Extract.
