CurrentSecure preparation and analyze for Monthly Closing of Financial Statements, Preparation of Combined Financial Statements-Monthly, Quarterly and Annually, Discuss Monthly Financial Statements with Managers, VP Finance with it’s findings and results, review and submit Budget findings, review all Cost and Variance Reports (Standard vs Actual), discuss Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements with Corporate Office in Alaska and Plant Managers, supervise all posting General Ledger transactions JE, Payroll (In House) and Payroll Taxes, AP, AR, Sales (Federal Contract), Inventory (Raw Material, Assembly, WIP & Finish Goods), Revise TPM Production Cost Reports (KPI), Balance Sheet reconciliation, prepare Cash Flow Forecast, Interact in the implementation of software Great Plains (Inventory & Payroll), Interact weekly Management Staff meeting, Coordinate weekly Accounting staff meeting, Review all Federal Government contracts and interact will government representatives attend External Auditing, assure all internal controls are working properly, attend all Accounting issues including tax issues, represent company in Financial matters, Special Analysis Reports, meet deadlines.
