Responsible for overall co-ordination with regard to “Service Quality Audit” & C Sat Survey on key areas like Customer care, Billing, Network, Product & Services on overall performance[Internal Audit from management side and directly reporting to Chairmans office]. • Co-ordination with circles (state based) on activity progress. • Organising meetings circle wise & physical presence and participation in circle audit meetings conducted all over India.• Preparing necessary MIS reports.• Data compilation, tabulation and evaluation of circle wise C-Sat. Survey feedback with Audit Head.• Organising meetings [circle wise], Video Conference etc.• Managing tours & travel arrangements.• In addition to above, adequate assistance to Audit Head [Vice President] in day to day office affairs & general administration.
