Experience of total 13 years,IN which 10 years experience in operations & maintenance department in metro railway industry.currently working in Qatar for RKH qitarat as OCC Chief Controller since 2018.I worked here since beginning of the project for Doha metro and Lusail Tram which is very new technology in railway system.#Having enough experience of metro rail Operations of initial testing phase so to make line reliable in functions.#Documentation preparation like troubleshooting manuals, operations manuals & SOPs etc.#During revenue operations also learnt from so many failures & how to recover.# Successfully delivered FIFA world cup 2022 event by providing world class passenger service to the spectators.#Managing the occ staff and support them incase of degraded and emergency operation.# I have all required experience to set up occ for new project.#Managing staff competency and act as mentor for new joiners.Provide training for new occ staff to make them competent in occ job role.# Act as an OCC manager incase of required.
