As the Labour Welfare Officer (LWO) at Micro Turner's, Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, I am responsible for looking after the well-being of workers and ensuring that our company follows all legal requirements. My work includes managing the Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) processes, helping run employee committees like the Canteen Committee, Works & Grievances Redressal Committee and the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and making sure the company meets all compliance rules.I also work closely with employees through the HR Help Desk to handle any issues or complaints and to create a positive and supportive work environment. My goal is to take care of employee needs while keeping the company compliant with laws and contributing to a productive workplace.With experience in human resources and labour welfare, I am dedicated to making our workplace safe, fair, and employee-friendly.
