I began my professional journey at Dell Services Ltd HR, and since then, with over 18+ years of experience in the HR industry and RPO delivery. Throughout my career, I have successfully led large HR teams on a global scale and have consistently generated significant business value.In my current role, I hold the position of Head HR Enterprise CBO- Integrated Robotic Process Automation Solutions & Intelligent Automation business units, overseeing a team of 5000+ resources. My responsibilities include:1) Managing the entire HR people lifecycle for the Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation & Enabling Functions for Enterprise Business Group.2) Collaborating as a HR consulting partner on various projects with different business units to help achieve their respective business goals.3) Spearheading unit-level strategic initiatives, from their inception to their acceleration, in order to build ecosystems that generate value.4) Providing guidance and advice to managers on people-related matters, offering effective solutions. Additionally, I am responsible for policy creation/standardization, process integration, and change management for the parent unit.I have completed a Masters of Social Work - Human Resources from Madras Christian College, an MBA HR degree from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor of Physics from Loyola College Chennai. Furthermore, I have successfully completed the TATA Senior HR Leadership Program from the University of Cambridge. I am also a certified Behavioral Event Interviewing practitioner and a trained and certified VSS practitioner, enabling me to conduct assessment centers effectively.
