Currently working as a senior data scientist at Inline Market Oy. Have immense experience in analyzing a variety of consumer data, e.g., survey, feedback etc. Have been providing ETL and BI solutions for different organizations. At Inline, I lead a team of data scientists guiding them through different data driven projects. Additionally, I help our sales team to acquire projects by prototyping and conceptualizing solutions. Before joining Inline I worked as a business analyst at Microsoft. I was responsible for analysis and statistical forecasts used in operations and master planning in Microsoft devices business. Previously I also worked as a data scientist and post-doctoral fellow at Aalto University. During these years I developed new algorithms for analyzing many big data sets, including mobile phone social networks, human dynamics on the web and recommendation systems.I have finished a PhD in 2009 on computational analysis of complex system. In the dissertation I analyzed large systems including social networks, stock markets and popularity distribution.
