Ma Foi Global Search Services focuses on Retained Executive Search for GM and above positions. I head the search business for Energy & Infrastructure Vertical within the engineering space. My Experience & Expertise in this sector overseas has enabled me to take the lead in re-establishing the vertical for Ma Foi. This role not only covers the Indian market but also the cross border segment in Metallurgy, Oil & Gas / Civil Infrastructure & Real Estate.

As country manger UAE, I had managed two independant profit centers of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With my extensive experience in the Oil & Gas / Engineering sectors, ensured client acquistion & related delivery in Abu Dhabi and created delivery center for Oil & Gas business. Developed & Implemented strong processes. Year 2008 Dubai operations had achieved cumulative profits for the year without a single month of operational loss. Turned around the operations of Abu Dhabi and reinitiated relationship with the local partners and by October 2008, Abu Dhabi achieved its monthly operational profits. Penetration into the Engineering sector and in UAE during this period in the permenant hiring space for both retained and contingent staffing.

Started the operations from ground zero and ensured that Ma Foi's Oman operations remain the bench mark for all other operations of Ma Foi. Built scale & depth in the Engineering (O&G / Process) sector, created a brand for being specialists in the Engineering sector, acquired very large contracts in engineering space that have very direct & positive impact on the bottom line. Had started as a one man operation with local sponsorship and built a Joint Venture Company with local Omani Partners having teams operating out of Oman & India. With my vision of unprecedented growth and profitability, I had acquired the largest RPO contract for Ma Foi in the region (Engineering process client) and also the largest Temping business in the O&G space along with many other highly profitable contracts that sustained over a period of time. Ma Foi Oman had been the most profitable venture for Ma Foi outside India and consistently for all the three years.During this time we built a offshore delivery model for Ma Foi's Oil and Gas business delivering for clients across the globe

Apart from managing the Business development team and its budgets in Chennai, my responsibilites included managing 6 business partner in two states (Tamilnadu & Kerala). During this period, generated business with some of the largest telecom players in the Kerala circle and the IT sector in Trivandrum. Ensure profitability of the business partners with interventions at various levels of operations.

Started with Ma Foi as Consultant Business Development for Flexi / Temp Staffing and post merger of Flexi staffing & Permanent staffing business in to one, continued as Consultant for the Staffing Solutions group. I had a very successful stint as a BD consultant with some of the toughest sectors for Flexi staffing like Manufacturing being cracked. Collected some of the largest numbers in advances / retainers from clients on a consistent basis. Got promoted as Team Lead Development and Business Partner Management

Started as Marketing Manager for Xcyton in Tamilnadu managing the sales and marketing aspects of the diagnostic kits for HIV, HCV & Neurocysticercosis. Promoted to the role of Regional Manager - North India based out of Delhi, managed operations in Delhi, Gujrat, West Bengal, Harayana & Rajasthan. My role involved managing team members in each of the mentioned locations to drive sales for our products in the private sector.

Started my career with Eli Lilly as Territory Manager in Mangalore, Karnataka. After a gruelling sales training at the home office in Delhi, i was stationed in Mangalore. Had been a successful territory manager in ensuring an unprecedented sales of top of the range molucules like dobutamine and vancomycin in the region.
