Joined as a SENIOR CONSULTANT in the year 2002 and handled various roles for a period of 7 years and elevated to the Project Controller.As a Senior consultant, involved in the analysis and design of Large Insurance Project Oriental Insurance in India having 1200+ branches.Moved to East Africa for the implementation of the New version of product PREMIA 9 in Jubilee Insurance Uganda in year 2003. The project has been success fully implemented and rolled out in Jubilee Tanzania in the year 2004.Elevated as PROJECT LEADER in 2004 and made as in-charge of all the projects of PREMIA 9 in East Africa and Mauritius. Successfully implemented 2 core system projects in Ethiopia and one in Mauritius. Honored the "Prince of Projects" award for the year 2005.Promoted as a PROJECT MANAGER in the year 2006 and moved to Kazakhstan, in-charge of CIS Region. In order to bridge the GAP in implementation, learned Russian language and ironed out the GAPs in implementation and successfully rolled out 3 projects in the region. Promoted as PROJECT CONTROLLER in the Year 2007 and engaged as Relationship manager for American Insurance Group AIG. Involved in coordination with the overall account deliveries of MEMSA Region. Joined as a TECH LEAD in Insyst, in the year 2001 and engaged in development of the Product PREMIA 6i.Moved to Dubai as an ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, and involved in the implementation of the Core General, Medical and Life Insurance implementation at ARAB ORIENTINSURANCE, Dubai. This project is most challenging and successfully implemented as per the expected timelines of the customer.

As a programmer, involved in the development and execution of the project for the Inventory management system and High Tension billing system for the state Govt Enterprise - Tamilnadu Electricity Board.
