  • Create a rolling 18–24-month master production plan. Efficiently utilize production capacity, taking into consideration the consensus demand plan, manufacturing and laboratory constraints, and potential business opportunities and vulnerabilities.• Proactively identify and analyse risks to the supply plan and develop options to mitigate.• Facilitate Supply Review process/meeting on a monthly basis.o Maintain view of supply/demand balance and projected inventories.o Evaluate potential supply gaps.o Develop options to meet unconstrained consensus demand plan.o Track and report KPI’s, examples include inventory levels vs. target, non-saleable inventory, performance to plan.• Participate in S&OP meetings, representing supply team for resolution of demand/supply imbalances. In coordination with Phosphate Planning Leader, drive continuous improvement in Supply and Demand review processes.• Communicate supply requirements and develop detailed production schedule in cooperation with the plant coordinators. Measure and track performance to plan. When supply or demand exceptions occur, serve as focal point for work order prioritization.• Coordinate order fulfilment activities with the plant coordinators. • Communicate product availability issues to customer service.• Project finished goods inventory levels monthly. Achieve desired corporate inventory turn levels and target service levels.• Serve as the system and process SME for the planning team. Tasks include, but not limited to:o Point person for all system and process issues on behalf of planning team, working in line with technical support to resolve. (Work Order trouble shooting, stock transfer error resolution, etc).o Responsible for system creation of process model and bill of materials creation.o Manage planning team’s JDE change requests with Data Governance.o Lead process documentation tracking and organization.
