This involved coupling mesh morpher with CFD solver via optimization software.• Developed computational analysis process for the first ever prediction of noise from sunroof buffeting on automobiles using CFD modeling. This effort leveraged computations on HPC to compute sound pressure levels inside the passenger compartment of an automobile.• Established D Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology for robust design of engine cooling system for automotive applications.
