This provides the framework to Consultants to create dynamic exhibits with business layer embedded to cater to any business needs without any changes to C# code.

Key Responsibilities : - Project Planning, Execution and Management, aligning with the core business objectives.- Developing plans & schedules. Resource management , on-boarding and allocation- Monitoring, control and implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines- Costing, budgeting and forecasting. Estimation using SMC and FP methodology for Annuity, non-Annuity deals- Requirements analysis & management; Adoption of Waterfall / Agile development based on customer needs- Advocacy for Agile (SCRUM) for customer projects and partner in their journey for Agile development- System Appreciation and Transition of new Application from incumbent- Service Management & Delivery using ITIL processes- Implement quality management practices in accordance with Quality goals & CMM guidelines- Adherence of customer delivery / operational SLAs- Risk Management , Customer and internal Stakeholder Management , IT Governance & Reporting- ROI Analysis and Business Value Articulation (BVA)- Team Building & Mentoring - High Customer & Team Satisfaction (CSAT , ESAT)

Key Responsibilities : - Participate in various workshops with project stakeholders for requirement elicitation and scope- Estimate using SMC Methodology and based on past baselines (PCB)- Translate business requirements (BRD) into technical, functional solution specs (SRS,FS,HLD,DLD)- Ensure timely deliverable as per baseline schedule - Driving various reviews & meeting the gating criteria for design, build,testing,deployment. Implementation of best code practices, perform code reviews etc. Overall ownership of technical delivery - Problem solver, Team Mentor and Guide in developing high quality product- Quality Assurance during test execution in system, integration and acceptance testing- Release Management and Production roll-out of software- SLA management for Maintenance work and overall ownership for Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management for Operations support. - Driving initiatives for better productivity and customer value add
