Sales• Strategy and Execution: Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive sales strategies and pitches tailored to credit card products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences. Continually adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and achieve sales targets.• Performance Monitoring and Target Setting: Rigorously monitor team performance against established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals, providing clear direction and support to the team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the Sales Executives' skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. Develop individual coaching plans to address performance gaps and foster professional growth.• Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Sales Practices: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
