 Handling the financial and accounting operations involving financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations and taxation. Accounting and Auditing of individual, partnership firms and corporate entity. Prepare financial statements in compliance with Reporting standards. Preparations and issuance of consolidated financial statements Preparations of MIS Reports, Accounts receivable and Accounts payable Reports.  Formulating forecasts and analysing variances to determine and implement corrective actions. Setting up and reviewing the internal control system and procedure over the various divisions of organization.

 Preparation of daily Cash/ Bank books and Cash Flow Statement. Preparation of Accounts receivable Reports. Monthly reporting to Head Office. Finalization of Financial Statement. Responsible for the overall control and financial management of the operation of the Centre including preparation of the annual budgets, obtaining approvals and timely review thereof. Preparation and Presentation of the financial performance to the Board of Directors. Responsible to ensure compliance with Income Tax Laws including TDS Related issues & mattes related to service tax.

 Filing of Income Tax Return & TDS Return. Handling matters of Direct Tax related to appeal at all three levels of Income Tax i.e. ITAT, CIT(A) and assessments before the income tax officer. Preparation of MIS reports. (for hotels, Real Estate Organization, Manufacturing units & Government Departments)  Monitoring/ managing fund flows for optimum utilization of available funds and interacting with banks for Finance. Formulating forecasts and analyzing variances to determine and implement corrective actions. Finalization of Accounts for Corporate, partnership firms and trust.
